FITUR is the most important INTERNATIONAL TOURISM TRADE FAIR. From January 24th to January 26th, Mr. Luis Ruiz the President of The International Parliament of Education and his team visited Madrid to join the global event that received more than 153,000 visitors at the IFEMA MADRID Exhibition Center.
Their Majesties of Spain, King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia Ortiz, were the most important guests for the 44th Edition of FITUR. They were present for the Opening Ceremony. The authorities received the President of Ecuador Mr. Daniel Noboa at IFEMA. Ecuador was the nation recognized and invited to share their cultural trends for 2024.
FITUR 2024 exceeds expectations and concludes its three professional days with more attendees than the ones they have in 2023. For 2025, Mexico will be a strategic partner to promote FITUR. Tourism Secretary of Mexico, Mr. Miguel Torruco was present too. Fitur is an opportunity to explore the world through 9 pavilions, gather information on a diverse range of international and national destinations with the participation of 152 countries and 96 official participations.
The International Parliament of Education offered information about educational and cultural goals with Ambassadors, Education Ministries and Tourism Authorities that were present at FITUR.
