Culture and Traditions: Mexican Dia de los Muertos.

During this week our Parliament celebrates Mexican Culture. Dia de Muertos is a holiday involving death rites and these tradition use altars, and street parades recently. It also involves face paintings, costumes, cuisine with special recipes that use pumpkin, and other candies. The Mexicans claim prayers in the cemetery or even they prepare more important photos or products that bring memories about their dead family or friends. Candles will be part of the tradition too. On the other hand, American Halloween is a kind of horror preparation to frighten kids. Be careful with your children and prepare some slides to let them know the importance of traditions and culture in our communities.

Enjoy your holiday!
