The International Parliament of Education designed the Youth Talents Program for students who wish to prepare to share their talents. The program director is Albert Ruiz Jr., who in 2024 awarded more than 1,000 scholarships to students interested in pursuing the Dual Program through The Woodlands Preparatory School’s online platform.
